Rental Terms

The online store Butiik – Lendlev Kleit (hereinafter referred to as Lendlev Kleit) is owned by Maridai Ilusalong OÜ, registration code (16650935), located at Tori tee 2, Suigu village, Tori municipality, Pärnumaa 87302.

Contract Formation

  • The rental agreement between Lendlev Kleit and the Client becomes effective upon the receipt of the payment due as per the order confirmation in the bank account of Maridai Ilusalong OÜ.
  • Products are not reserved before the rental agreement takes effect.

Service Price and Payment

  • The prices of services offered by Lendlev Kleit are indicated on the product pages.

  • The fixed rental period for a dress is 4 days; the package is posted on the day before your reserved date.

  • Other rental period requests and prices are by agreement.

  • All service prices are presented in euros.

  • Payment is made based on an invoice to the account of Maridai Ilusalong OÜ:

    • Recipient: Maridai Ilusalong OÜ (Coop Bank)
    • Account number: EE694204278627249506

  • If picking up the dress in person, payment can also be made in cash.

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit of €60 is added to the rental price of each dress, which is refunded to the Client within 3 business days after the product is returned and inspected.
  • If the dress has holes that can be easily repaired, we have the right to claim 100% of the security deposit from the Client.
  • If the dress cannot be restored, we have the right to withhold the security deposit.
  • If the rented dress is completely ruined or lost, we will claim compensation to the extent of the item’s value.
  • The rented items must be returned by the agreed time. If returned later than agreed, we have the right to withhold 100% of the security deposit.
  • If the dresses cannot be returned on time, please call (+37256816516) to arrange a suitable time.
  • If the dresses are not returned within a week (7 days) of the agreed time, we have the right to withhold 100% of the security deposit.

Transportation

  • The dress is posted the day before the date you reserved.
  • You can choose between SmartPost, Omniva, or picking up in person (Butiik – Lendlev Kleit, Savi 7, Pärnu 80040, II floor).
  • Dresses can be ordered throughout Estonia.
  • The cost of returning the item to the parcel machine is already included in the rental price.
  • Please return the dress by mail on the last reserved day; the same applies to personal returns. In case of a delay, inform us immediately at lendlevkleit@gmail.com or +37256816516 so we can notify the next client if necessary.

Order Placement

  • Select “RENT NOW” from the top row, fill in the necessary fields, choose the desired dress, write in the comment field which parcel machine you want the dress to be sent to, and press “SEND”. We will contact you as soon as possible.
  • When choosing days, consider that you receive the dress on the first day and must post it back on the last day.
  • The dress is shipped the day before the booking date, assuming it will reach you on the first booked day.
  • Please post or return the dress on the last day of your booking.
  • The contract becomes effective upon the receipt of the payment due in the bank account of Maridai Ilusalong OÜ.
  • If the ordered item cannot be delivered due to our fault (e.g., the previous client did not return the dress on time), the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded promptly, but no later than 7 days after sending the notice, to the account from which the payment was received.
  • If the dress ordered by mail does not fit for any reason, please return/post it to us the next day at the latest and inform us at lendlevkleit@gmail.com or +37256816516. If we are not informed and the dress is returned at the end of the reservation, we assume the dress was suitable for you, and the rental fee will not be refunded. In case the dress does not fit, the postage cost will be borne by the client. The money will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the dress reaches us.
  • The returned dress must be unworn!

Dress Return

  • NB! DO NOT WASH THE DRESS! Cleaning is included in the rental price.
  • The cost of returning the item to the parcel machine is already included in the rental price.
  • If the dress is very dirty (impossible to clean) or damaged, we may withhold the security deposit and will inform the client accordingly.
  • In case of the rented item being destroyed, the Client must compensate for the full value; an invoice will be issued for the compensation amount.

Right of Withdrawal

  • The Client can cancel the reservation 48 hours before the dress is shipped, and the paid amount will be fully refunded to the account from which the reservation amount was received.
  • After the dress is shipped, the Client can withdraw from the rental if they notify us by the next day after receiving the dress that it does not fit and immediately return the dress. In such a case, the shipping and return postage costs will not be refunded.
  • The returned dress must be unworn! Otherwise, we assume the dress was suitable for you.

Dispute Resolution

  • If the client has complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent to the email address info@lendlevkleit.ee or call +37256816516.
  • If the Client and Lendlev Kleit cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, the Client can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions for the procedure and submitting an application can be found here (https://komisjon.ee/et). The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the Client and Lendlev Kleit. Examination of the Client’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.

Changes to Terms

  • Lendlev Kleit has the right to change and supplement these terms and the price list due to the development of the online store and for better and safer use of the online store.
  • Changes and additions to the terms and price list take effect from the publication on the website www.lendlevkleit.ee. If the Client submitted their order before the changes to the terms took effect, the relationship between Lendlev Kleit and the Client is governed by the terms in effect at the time of the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms.
