The dress will arrive at your chosen parcel locker in a reusable zippered bag. In Pärnu, it’s also possible to pick it up in person by prior arrangement. Please be kind and read the paper inside the bag! Wear and shine in your chosen dress on your special day! By agreement with you, we would be delighted to post pictures of your special moment in the dress on our website / social media.
Return IT!
Simply place the products back into the bag they arrived in, and you won’t need to do anything else but return the package on the last reserved day. Products can be viewed and tried on in Pärnu by prior arrangement. If this is not possible, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the suitability of the product before ordering and to clarify the necessary details by email or phone.
The security deposit gives the lessor assurance that the tenant will treat the products respectfully and adhere to the time constraints. If there are no issues with the use of the products and they are returned on time, the deposit amount will be refunded within 3 working days!
No, the rental items are not for sale.
Please, don’t wash the dress yourself, leave it to us!
We expect rented items to be returned by the agreed-upon time. In case of returning items later than agreed, we reserve the right to withhold 100% of the security deposit.

• If the dresses are not returned within a week (7 days) after the agreed-upon time, we reserve the right to withhold 100% of the security deposit.
