The package received from a blue parcel locker can be returned using the same door code that the customer used to collect it.
For packages received from white parcel lockers, the return process must be completed through our self-service system “Tagastus – Itella SmartPOST.” The customer needs to enter the package barcode into the designated field, select the parcel locker from which they want to return the package, and choose the locker size. When processing the return of a package from a white parcel locker, a specific locker in a specific parcel locker is reserved for the customer until the following evening.
