Leave the address card that was on the package attached to the return package. Choose “Return package” on the parcel locker screen, enter the return code, and place the package in the locker. The courier will attach the return address card to the package when collecting parcels.
HOW TO RETURN A PACKAGE WITHOUT A RETURN CODE?
If you haven’t received a return code with the package notification, but the seller has promised free returns, you can return the package with the original package code from any Omniva parcel locker or post office.
